Dr. Jennifer Hoang

Dr. Jennifer Hoang strives to deliver excellent dental care to each of her patients. For her, the best part about being a dentist is the intertwining of art, science, and communication that’s necessary to provide quality care. She enjoys forming trusting relationships with her patients as she improves their oral health and enhances their smiles.

Dr. Hoang’s journey to becoming a dentist started off with much fear and anxiety. As a child, she had a love for candy and not brushing/flossing her teeth. Many cavities ensued. She did not understand what dentists did nor the importance of oral hygiene. It was while attending Debakey High School for Health Professions that her fear of the dentist was replaced with understanding and curiosity, which led her to deciding she wanted to be a dentist. Dr. Hoang went on to attend the University of St. Thomas at Houston where she graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry. Following college, she attended the University of Texas School of Dentistry and earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery. During dental school, Dr. Hoang was awarded the Academy of Operative Dentistry Outstanding Achievement and Dentsply Merit Award in Removable Prosthodontics. Dr. Hoang is an active member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. A lifelong learner, Dr. Hoang continues to improve her skill set and stay updated with advancements in dentistry through continuing education and seminars.

When not taking care of her patients, Dr. Hoang enjoys cooking, embroidering, and hiking. She is married to her high school sweetheart.
